CSRD Specialist (Sustainability & Data) – Freelance Antwerp-Bruges, Belgium: Start: May 2026 | Duration: Until December 2026 Full-time | Hybrid: About the Role: As part of the transition towards a more sustainable economy and in line with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) , organizations are required to provide transparent and detailed ESG reporting. We are looking for a CSRD Specialist to support the ongoing implementation and optimization of sustainability reporting processes and tools. You will play a key role in maintaining and further developing a sustainability data platform, ensuring compliance and enabling data-driven ESG insights. Your Responsibilities: Support the implementation and maintenance of sustainability reporting solutions Work on the Microsoft Sustainability Manager and related ecosystem Analyze and optimize business processes (BPM) related to ESG reporting Design and manage data pipelines (data ingestion, transformation, integration) Contribute to platform development and continuous improvement Ensure alignment with CSRD requirements and ESG frameworks Manage and support the product development lifecycle Collaborate with stakeholders acros...
