CNA FCH Job Description: Provides basic care to patients and assists them with daily activities, providing comfort, transportation and vital sign monitoring along with other patient care interventions in collaboration with an LPN or RN. Requires CPR certification. Typing and computer knowledge preferred. Expected to attend department meetings, Town Hall meetings, training sessions, etc. 6:45am - 7:15pm with weekend and holiday rotation Pay based on experience starting at $17.79 Responsibilities: Assists in Activities of Daily Living (eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, ambulating, repositioning, etc.), Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge procedures including preparing room, completing inventory checklist, taking vital signs and weight, and completing CNA portion of education checklist., Documents and reports patient's condition, complaints of pain, changes in patient status, refusals of care, adverse reactions, behaviors, etc., Lifts and turns with proper and safe body mechanics and with available resources.
