What to know We're looking for a Senior Analyst to support marketing and fundraising clients by helping us build out reporting frameworks, deliver data-driven insights, and keep pace with the analytical needs of both internal and client teams. Throughout this project, you will: - Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track program performance and supporter behavior - Reconcile data across platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency - Respond quickly and thoroughly to ad hoc analytical requests from internal and client teams The company: Blue State is a purpose-driven agency.
