Job Location Murfreesboro II Career Solutions Job Summary: The Success Coach – Empower U assists participants employed at Goodwill of Middle Tennessee through assessment, coaching and enrollment in training programs. The Success Coach – Empower U supports career planning, career decision-making processes, assessment, enrollment into on-the-job training, and retention services. It is important that this individual exercise good judgment and due diligence with care when performing duties and communicating on behalf of Goodwill of Middle Tennessee. This position is responsible for and must assure that their services are in total compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. This coach will help employees address barriers to successful employment and personal goal attainment.
