An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Theatre Technician (Grade 3) to join our team on a full-time basis. Based at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Werribee, this role will be reporting directly to the Perioperative Services Manager. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Assisting the surgeon and nursing staff with surgical procedures through provision, operation and maintenance of theatre equipment and the positioning / preparation of patients. Facilitating efficient perioperative processes and ensure the smooth operation and running of perioperative services Ensuring equipment and stock are available at all times for perioperative services staff. The successful candidate will have: Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Operating Theatre Support) from an accredited institution Previous experience in a Perioperative setting.
