We are seeking a CRM Coordinator to play a critical national role supporting the firm’s client development, marketing and growth activity through best‑practice CRM data management, reporting and insight. The Role: The CRM Coordinator is responsible for the ongoing quality, integrity and strategic use of the firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, InterAction+. This role is foundational to how the firm understands its clients, tracks opportunities, supports business development initiatives and delivers targeted, high‑quality marketing activity. Working closely with the national BD & Marketing team, IT and stakeholders across the firm, the CRM Coordinator ensures our data enables informed decision‑making and effective client engagement.
