Job DetailsJob Location: Belcamp, MD 21001Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.50 - $25.80 HourlyJob Shift: M-F DaysPosition Summary: The role of Community Partners Coach- DSP is responsible for supporting people with differing abilities in the community, assisting with skill-building, facilitating experiential learning, and fostering personal developmental opportunities. The Community Partners Coach is responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of our supported people’s rights as they engage in community activities and seek knowledge. Position Responsibilities: In a manner consistent with supporting The Arc NCR Mission Statement the Community Partners Coach- DSP shall do the following: Support and guide our supported people in achieving personally desired outcomes in both community and home-based activities. Encourage the development of mutually rewarding relationships between our supported people and members of the community and local organizations.
