Job Description JOB TITLE: Cup Line Shift Lead JOB CLASS: L: PAY RANGE: $30.79: DEPARTMENT: Dinners: SHIFT: 3 rd Shift (2230-0630), but may vary WORK WEEK: Monday-Friday, but may vary PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Coordinate the activities of the team to achieve its business objectives by Properly managing the assigned resources. Developing the technical skills and leadership of team members. Implementing KHMS guidelines and performance board standards that guarantee the achievement of the results is sustainable. Foster positive partnership with leadership and other team members. Develop capability and efficiency of the team including providing direct mentoring to team members. Provide break relief for teammates as needed. Ensure close alignment with the line strategy and effective application of all work processes required for the elimination of losses.
