Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Members Only Posting dates: 4/1/26-OUF: 1st shift Monday-Thursday Starting wage: $15.50 an hour: Position Summary: Under the supervision of Tribal Development Coordinator, assist in summer job placement for the youth of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Serves as a positive role model. - Works with Tribal Development Coordinator and Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe and its entities in identifying and developing appropriate work sites. - Supervise and assist assigned Summer Youth Workers. - Monitor Youth Workers` attendance, ability to follow directions and general work performance. - Resolve any problems that may arise with the Youth Workers. - Submit completed time sheets weekly to the Tribal Development Coordinator for assigned Youth Workers. - Prepare a final report at the end of the program concerning the youth who started and those who completed the program. - Plan and conduct Summer Youth Banquet. - Provide transportation for youth as needed. - Travel to tribal properties. - Participate in orientation and summer youth worker trainings. - Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of...
