THE OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager, 2nd in Charge to support the Nurse Unit Manager in leading the nursing department across Monarch Mental Health Group’s national clinic network. This role will have a strong focus on clinical compliance, accreditation readiness, audit preparation, clinic room set-up, clinical documentation standards, policy implementation and quality improvement .
