Key Responsibilities: 1.Maintain effective communication with customers, promptly responding to inquiries regarding products and after-sales services to ensure high customer satisfaction. 2.Manage the after-sales operations of energy storage sites, monitor on-site performance, and continuously optimize operational efficiency. 3.Identify and assess issues occurring at project sites and coordinate internal and external resources to resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner. 4.Ensure compliance with after-sales contract terms agreed between the company and customers, maintaining high service standards. 5.Assist in evaluating after-sales service terms for new projects, su...
