Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Directly supervise and drive production employees in assigned value stream which requires people management in the areas of performance management, time and attendance, reviewing and submitting employee time for payroll, mentoring and developing, motivating and recognizing individuals for exceptional work, and ongoing rigor when necessary. Own the day-to-day production activities within the value stream to ensure that current commitments are achieved while improvements are made. Plan and lead daily performance operations through the use of Plant MDI boards daily. Drive a continuous improvement culture by finding ways to eliminate waste by applying lean methodology, involving employees in problem-solving and decision-making, and cross-functional partnerships.
