Job Summary: Acts as the administrator for key human resources functions and workforce management, including recruiting, employee and labor relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, employee engagement, leave and attendance tracking, payroll, and employee records maintenance. Facilitates and communicates organizational policies and programs while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Provides internal support and collaborates with business units to deliver essential human resources services. May evaluate, select, and manage vendors that offer supplementary HR processes and services. Processes and maintains employment, attendance, and related records.
