Environmental Services Shift Manager (Overnight)

Job description

This role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest service across all areas of the property, including the casino, pavilion, restaurants, convention center, and all back ‑ of ‑ house spaces. The EVS Shift Manager leads frontline staff, manages departmental resources, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Lead, hire, and manage a high-performing guest service team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Model outstanding service standards and inspire the team through strong leadership and best practices. Deliver ongoing coaching, feedback, and formal mid-year and annual performance reviews.
