What you will be doing: - Communicate and reinforce the company's strategic vision and operational goals to the production team. - Manage daily production operations, including setting production goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficient workflow. - Lead, coach, and supervise production and transportation supervisors overseeing approximately 30 employees. - Promote a safe work environment by monitoring facility safety conditions and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies. - Oversee employee training and development, including onboarding new team members and reinforcing proper work methods and procedures. - Serve as a positive leader...
