As an HSE Leader at the site, the HSE Specialist will ensure compliance to all applicable Federal, State and Local Regulations in regard to Safety compliance. To include personnel training in these compliance areas, therefore good communication skills are required. This position will also maintain plant federal, state, and local permits (e.g. city, county, or another municipality.) In this role, you will: Manage environmental compliance programs, including wastewater permits, Tier II reporting, SWP3, SPCC, and hazardous waste management. Drive environmental and sustainability initiatives while establishing and tracking metrics to achieve HSE performance goals.
