Description Verland is hiring Exceptional People to provide Compassionate Care as a ATF Program Aide in Mercer County. The Mercer Adult Training Facility (ATF) Program Aide assists the Mercer ATF supervisor in coordinating and supervising the programming, which is carried out by the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at the Mercer ATF. This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Contributions: Exceptional Benefits: Minimum of 30 hours worked, and employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package: - Must be fluent in all assigned individuals’ ISPs and monitor progress. - Assist in training staff in necessary procedures and techniques, and the individuals’ ISP. - Participate in 24 hours of annual in-servicing as required by governing regulations and attend meetings as required. - Pass medication and complete documentation - Ensure implementation of goal objectives, plans, and procedures. - Implement daily schedules; clear any changes through the Program Specialist - Report policy infractions to Program Specialist. - Set up the day program daily. - Work in the capacity of a DSP, assist with community outing (planning,participate, and transportation) - Perform other related duties as requi...
