Description Duties & Responsibilities: The Program Manager is responsible for overall functioning and oversight of assigned Residence(s) and Core Room(s). This position’s specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the subsequent items and are characterized in the following five standards of performance, defined as below: Programming/Scheduling · The Program Manager’s schedule is typically Monday- Friday 8am to 4pm however is subject to change or be flexed based on the program/workload needs and may include day, evening, overnight, weekend and holiday hours. (Serve as on-call back up for coverage and/or emergencies) · Serve on 24-hour Program Manager On-Call rotation · Following assigned work schedule and placement. Your specific work schedule and work site placement will be determined by program needs and will be discussed with you by your direct supervisor or Director of Residential and Day Habilitation, VP or another member of the EMT. · Required to be part of the Residential on-call rotation when scheduled.
