Overview You’ll help shape the future of ArcGIS Enterprise by defining how enterprise GIS customers adopt and use AI across cloud, hybrid, on‑premises, and disconnected environments. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and services teams to translate real customer needs into product direction that scales across complex enterprise architectures. You’ll balance deep ArcGIS Enterprise expertise with a strong curiosity for AI, ensuring ArcGIS Enterprise remains a critical pillar of Esri’s platform strategy. Your work will directly influence how organizations deploy, trust, and operationalize AI within their most mission‑critical geospatial systems.
