Key Responsibilities: Order food and materials from designated suppliers to ensure service delivery. Allocate tasks and supervise the catering team to meet client requirements. Contribute to the development of LCC's menus and pricing, adhering to service standards and cost specifications. Collaborate with the Service Improvement Manager to maintain a high-quality service. Assist the Operations Manager in staff recruitment, staffing level management, and performance management.
