Job description

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Data Platforms organization, you support the delivery of self-service capabilities for platform users and bring solid delivery management experience with a background in big data technologies, cloud platforms, and user-centric product development. Job responsibilities: Maintain the product backlog for assigned capabilities, ensuring work is prioritized, well-refined, and clearly scoped to support predictable delivery. - Manage delivery of features from discovery through design, development, release — in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams. - Focus on streamlining onboarding, resource management, and user interaction with data platforms such as Snowflake, Info1, AWS Data Lake and Cassandra across API, UI, and AI Agent channels. - Ensure release readiness including stakeholder alignment, documentation, adoption tracking, and post-release follow-through based on user feedback. - Solicit requirements from stakeholders, translating them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering partners can readily act on. - Produce low-fidelity wireframes and workflow sketches to align stakeholders and engine...
