It Starts With Our Employees FourLeaf's ultimate goal is to provide the best-in-class member and employee experience, and it all begins with two things: hiring incredible people and giving them a great place to work. What You’ll Do: Develop and cultivate dealer relationships to align with corporate goals and objectives. This position will be based out of New Jersey. Core Contributions: - Gather information on competitors’ offerings and provide timely recommendations based on analysis to manager to strategically plan and adjust goals. Provide competitors’ offerings to Sr. Management and recommend changes as needed. - Create customized programs for dealers that produce high volume loans for the credit union. Routine visits to the dealers on the program to ensure that they are fully aware of FourLeaf’s auto programs. Work with dealers individually to reduce errors and improve turn-times and troubleshoot and resolve funding and underwriting issues. - Daily interaction with the Indirect Lending staff to ensure that Key Performance Indicators are met.
