Workshop Supervisor – Perth Based: ***Daltech does not offer sponsorship, must have full work rights to apply*** Daltech is customer-centric , specialising in the repair and maintenance of our customers earthmoving equipment in both the civil and mining sectors. Our workshop handles a large variety of work across a multitude of OEM makes (CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi & More) and models (dump trucks, loaders, dozers, graders & more). Our team run a 5 day roster at 10 hours in our Redcliffe workshop. The Role: Committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers, you will be responsible for overseeing the workshop’s operations to ensure objectives are achieved cost-effectively, efficiently, and safely. This role requires strong internal and external customer engagement, with a proactive approach to communication at all times. You will consistently review job scopes, making necessary adjustments and clearly communicating these to our highly skilled team of Heavy Diesel Mechanics, Auto Electricians, and Boilermakers to ensure flawless execution.
