Your Role & Accountabilities: Financial Management & Revenue Governance - Own and manage all phases of the client financial lifecycle, including invoicing, billing, unbilled activity, aged debt, dispute resolution, write offs, and financial troubleshooting. - Monitor and resolve invoicing issues, aged debt, and discrepancies in partnership with Cartus internal teams and client contacts. - Ensure accurate and compliant assignment expense reporting in support of taxable compensation requirements. - Maintain accurate expense matrices and financial frameworks to support correct billing, compliance, and margin protection. - Proactively identify missed fees, pricing deviations, and revenue leakage; partner with internal teams to remediate and safeguard profitability. - Monitor financial performance and resolve invoicing discrepancies in collaboration with Finance, Payroll, and Operations.
