Job description

What You Will Do: - Lead, coach, and develop Fulfillment Associates and Team Leads to drive performance, efficiency, and customer service. - Oversee staffing, workload, and order flow to ensure Pickup, Curbside, Install, Gig, and Delivery orders are completed on time and accurately. - Monitor and achieve operational KPIs, including SIMS accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and compliance. - Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges quickly and effectively. - Conduct daily safety walks, maintain hazard-free staging areas, and ensure equipment is operated safely and in compliance. - Participate in picking, staging, and fulfilling activities as needed. - Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) and follow all safety requirements. - Serve as Manager-on-Duty (MOD) when assigned, providing store-wide leadership and ensuring service standards are met. - Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).
