SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Support Manager that will be responsible for leading the Accounts Payable Support function and managing the day ‑ to ‑ day work activities of the AP Support team. This role oversees vendor inquiries, vendor master data maintenance, payment processing activities, 1099 reporting, and related AP support processes to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant outcomes. The manager is responsible for monitoring and reporting on departmental KPIs, supporting adherence to internal service level agreements (SLAs), and guiding the team toward meeting established performance expectations, while promoting service excellence, strong internal controls, and continuous improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES: AP Support Operations: Lead the AP Support team responsible for vendor inquiries via ServiceNow, payment support (including internal payments and Paymode), and 1099 reporting support in partnership with Tax and Compliance.
