Purpose: Athene is seeking a HR Automation & Intelligence Lead to drive execution of HR technology-enabled transformation. This role will lead the integration, optimization, and execution of automation and AI opportunities across HR while strengthening the analytics and reporting foundation. Platforms include Workday, Tableau, Alteryx, and other AI-enabled tools. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role that blends HR systems expertise, analytics fluency, and cross-functional coordination. Accountabilities: AI and Workflow Optimization - Identify and redesign HR workflows where AI and automation can materially reduce manual work or improve decision quality.
