The Role: The Concierge - Active Trading Lead will be tasked with servicing Public’s most active Concierge Members. You will be the main point of contact for active traders across multiple asset classes, including but not limited to equities, options, and crypto. What You’ll Do: - Own relationships with a portfolio of Public’s most active and sophisticated traders, delivering a white-glove, high-touch experience - Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor, helping members navigate equities, options, crypto, and emerging product offerings - Drive retention, engagement, and growth within the Concierge segment through proactive outreach and relationship building - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to advocate for member needs and influence platform improvement...
