Responsibilities: As a staff semiconductor process engineer, you will have the following responsibilities - Conduct hands-on experiments to optimize performance, cost, and throughput of wafer fabrication processes such as wafer grinding, chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) and wet chemical cleaning - Implement APC strategies (automated process control) to reduce rework and optimize process capability - Respond to customer feedback and identify opportunities for quality improvement - Develop a deep understanding of a variety of Silicon Carbide processing tools in order to help assist the production team with troubleshooting, maintenance and training - Work with third party vendors...
