WTW is hiring a Facility Analytics Lead within its Corporate Risk & Broking segment to support exposure aggregation and limit monitoring for key facilities, including Gemini. The role involves delivering automated reporting and analytics, partnering with technology teams, and leading a small team of property exposure specialists. Responsibilities include managing exposure data processes and ensuring aggregation and limit monitoring across product lines during quoting, binding, and post-bind stages.: The position offers hybrid working, with regular office attendance for meetings and workshops, plus occasional travel to engage with business and technology stakeholders. The Role: - Lead small team of Facility Analytics specialists including exposure and catastrophe modelling experts. - Manage and oversee India data capture processes - Partner with technology teams to automate data capture and exposure reporting processes (including catastrophe modelling). - Produce monthly reports for internal colleagues and carrier consortium members. - Monitor the portfolio and aggregate limits.
