Location - This role is base remotely with quarterly paid travel to either our London or Sheffield office. The first day will be in our London Office (Aldgate East, E1). All travel to the office will be paid for by us. Working hours - 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm with very occasional Saturday working) Salary - £26,600 (Year 1 OTE of £27,400) Start Date - must be able to start on Tuesday 9th June 2026 nb. Contact Centre experience is highly desirable for this role. As part of our recruitment process, we use an AI assistant called Lily to carry out an initial phone call.
