Overview Production Operator (Process Expert) – Night Shift The Production Operator produces high‑quality thermoplastic material by setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting extrusion equipment and packaging finished product. This is a 12‑hour night‑shift role (3–4 shifts/week, including holidays and alternating weekends). This Minnesota position pays $26.11/hour, plus a night‑shift differential and annual bonus eligibility. Actual pay may vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors. Responsibilities: - Set up and operate extrusion equipment within standard operating conditions.• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment throughout the run.• Collect product samples and address safety or quality issues by stopping the process and assisting in problem‑solving.• Operate a forklift safely.• Perform cleaning and product changeovers, including full equipment and system cleanouts.• Maintain accurate production records, logs, blends, and packaging documentation.• Support smooth shift hand‑offs with clear communication.• Follow all SOPs, safety policies, and waste‑handling procedures; actively participate in safety programs.
