JOB DESCRIPTION: Director of 1st Impressions: CarShop (formerly CarSense) is seeking an organized and dynamic candidate to represent CarShop and model our Values and Culture to each customer in person and on the phone. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will create a welcoming and helpful atmosphere to service our customers, making each person feel as though they are the highest priority. This position supports all departments by interacting with each customer to address their needs and if necessary, connects them with the appropriate department/person. He/She will cash out all retail service customers and provide clerical support as needed for all departments. The Director of 1st Impressions will interact with all departments and service clerical needs in between answering phone calls and cashing out customers.
