The Role: You'll be the dedicated HR partner for our NZ business units, working closely with people leaders to deliver proactive HR support across employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and workforce planning. You'll be part of a collaborative HR team, reporting to the HR Business Partner, and playing a key role in building a high-performing, values-led culture across ANZ. This role is unique, as it has a strong NZ employment relations focus. You'll need to hit the ground running with solid working knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation including the Employment Relations Act, Holidays Act, and minimum employment standards and be confident managing ER matters, investigations, and compliance obligations specific to the NZ jurisdiction.
