Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Systems Analyst What’s the role?: You’ll join our Pacific Banking Technology team at a pivotal moment of transformation. As a Senior Systems Analyst, you’ll sit at the heart of modernising how technology supports banking across the Pacific, shaping safer, more resilient systems that keep our customers and communities moving. This is a full time, hybrid role based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country. You’ll split your time between home and the office, working closely with business, technology, risk and delivery teams across Australia, Fiji and Papua New Guinea. In this role, you’ll analyse how our systems, processes and controls work today, and help design what they should look like tomorrow. You’ll lead deep discovery, translate complex needs into clear requirements, and support delivery teams to implement practical, scalable solutions.
