The Leader of Software Product Management is accountable for the end-to-end strategy, portfolio leadership, and commercial success of the IAS global software W*S (WMS, WES, WCS) portfolio supporting supply chain, logistics, automation, and digital solutions. This role sets the product vision, translates business and customer needs into scalable, differentiated software offerings, and ensures tight alignment across engineering, sales, operations, and regional business units. Operating at enterprise scale, the role balances long term platform strategy with near term commercial execution, ensuring software products drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and customer value across global markets.
