About the role: As a Technical Program Manager supporting Betterment’s Broker Dealer and Investor divisions, you will play a critical role in driving execution, coordination, and operational clarity across highly interconnected and interdisciplinary teams. You'll work alongside quantitative researchers, engineers, compliance partners, and product leaders who care deeply about getting it right, and who will notice and appreciate a TPM who makes their work easier and faster.
