Position Overview The Fulfillment Supervisor provides frontline leadership and shift-level operational oversight for fulfillment activities at the Obetz facility. This role is accountable for the execution of picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure service levels, productivity standards, and quality expectations are consistently achieved. As an exempt leader, the Fulfillment Supervisor exercises independent judgment in workforce deployment, workflow coordination, and performance management. This position plays a critical role in protecting customer experience, stabilizing throughput, and maintaining safety and compliance standards in a high-volume environment.
