We are seeking a Production Lead in our Phoenix, Arizona factory Job Overview: In this junior leadership role, you will be responsible for assisting in the direction of proper workflow of product through the assigned area utilizing both equipment and personnel in the most efficient manner, while meeting or exceeding daily production requirements. As such, we expect our Production Lead to be able to lead by example, work independently, and ensure good work attitudes, atmosphere, and communication to maximize productivity. This position is ideal for anyone looking to step into leadership or looking to advance to become a Supervisor in the coming years. Job Duties and Expectations: - Working knowledge of production processes with the ability to “fill-in” on each piece of equipment or meet the necessity of the assigned area.
