We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Lead to drive growth within the energy sector. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer and partner relationships, and support revenue growth through innovative energy propositions. This role spans residential, SME, and commercial markets, supporting our mission to deliver affordable, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions. Here's a taste of what you’ll be doing: Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities across consumer, SME, and commercial segments, delivering against sales and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, technology providers, installers, and industry stakeholders to expand reach and enhance customer value. Lead prospecting, proposal development, and contract negotiations to close deals and drive business growth. Support the launch and scaling of innovative energy solutions, including tariffs, smart charging, vehicle-to-grid, bundled services, heat, solar, storage and financing.
