WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: As a Sales Assistant at BaubleBar, you will play a key role in supporting sales growth across our accounts by assisting with product setup and launches for both BaubleBar and our retail partners. This role will also support market preparation and day-to-day account management. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative environment. WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO: - Create and maintain assortment line sheets for new product launches and core items - Run and analyze weekly sales reports; develop selling recaps to inform cross-functional team, including executive leadership - Provide product copy to online retail partners and ensure accuracy of all product information pre – and post-launch - Conduct competitive analysis to inform pricing, site merchandising, and asso...
