Estimator – Manufacturing Location: Strafford, MO Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: American Products is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to support our Sales Team by preparing accurate, competitive cost estimates for manufactured products. This position works cross-functionally with Inside and Outside Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Customer Service to support customer proposals and ensure timely, well-documented estimates. Key Responsibilities: Qualifications - Partner with Sales to define proposal scope and prepare detailed estimates - Review RFPs, drawings, specifications, and Bills of Material for accuracy and completeness - Obtain and verify all technical and pricing inputs required for estimates - Interpret customer prints and technical documentation to develop precise quotes - Communicate professionally with customers to clarify requirements as needed - Coordinate with internal departments to gather proposal inputs - Meet proposal deadlines and maintain organized cost documentation - Maintain estimating files and related cost records - Perform other duties as assigned Education: - Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equival...
