What you'll bring to the team The Senior Learning & Development Manager – Delivery (North America) leads the rollout and delivery of Merlin’s leadership and capability programs across the region. Partnering closely with global learning teams and attraction leaders, this role ensures programs are engaging, effectively localized, and embedded into daily operations through both virtual and in-person delivery. The role also champions Merlin’s leadership behaviors and values, helping create a culture where learning is consistently applied, experienced, and sustained across North America. This position will require frequent travel.
