Your Opportunity Stantec is seeking an individual to administer elements of the Health, Safety and Security program (HSSE) and the team in Canada. Under the direction of an HSSE Manager, this individual will support the organization by tracking activity, addressing questions, following up on outstanding items and effectively communicating with employees and the HSSE team. Your Key Responsibilities: - Medical surveillance program support - Work with the employee and vendor to verify medical surveillance tests are booked, create new testing protocols as needed, and verify the test(s) ordered meet legislative requirements - Manage medical surveillance tracking through an HSSE SharePoint and follow up with employees and/or supervisors on outstanding tests, submissions or missed surveillance and invoicing - Communicate clearance documents to employees for their records and update Stantec HSSE records and respond to questions from employees and supervisors. - Facilitate meetings with the vendor contact to discuss/resolve issues, work to improve process and coordinate custom testing - Coordinate with the development team for any Medical Surveillance application concerns and identify impro...
