Job description

Job Purpose: The Production Team Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the final product is compliant with all the company’s quality standards which includes the reliability, usability, and performance of the product. The Team Coordinator should be knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures associated with the industry and company standards. Duties and Responsibilities: Safety – maintain a safe work environment through training, adherence to policies, and housekeeping. Inspection activities that include using a pi table, micrometer, and ovality gauges. Effectively leading, monitoring, and assisting a team of 15-25 personnel. Efficiency in performing the inspection and quality process. The detection and assisting in the resolutions pertaining to the quality of the product. Investigating any product deemed non-conforming. Ability to adjust the extrusion process including but not limited to, wall thickness, barrel and die temperatures, and diameter adjustments. Ability to maintain maintenance on the line, including but not limited to, the cleaning of vents. Ability to string product in the extrusion process.
