JOB DESCRIPTION: APX is looking for a reliable and skilled Powder Coating Technician to join our production team. This position is based in our Mercersburg sheet metal fabrication facility and focuses on preparing and coating primarily aluminum parts using an electrostatic powder coating process. The technician will also need to work in other areas on the paint line to ensure proper flow. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operate electrostatic powder spray guns and related equipment to apply high-quality coatings to aluminum parts and assemblies. - Ensure a uniform and consistent finish that meets product quality standards. - Visually inspect coated parts for complete coverage and finish quality. - Operate and maintain the wash bay system to properly prepare parts for coating. - Use cure and dry ovens as part of the finishing...
