Provides consultation, education, mentorship, complex care planning and clinical guidance within the context of a client and family-centred care model, to ensure practice and organizational compliance with the statutory obligations and regulations of the Adult Guardianship Act (AGA); develops decision support tools and policies, and recommends changes to practice to improve by analysing current literature and national trends.
