. Team Support: DMNC - Blow Molding, Dept. 300 Core Hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM ** A RESUME IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. Position Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring that the department has all of the materials necessary to run production. This includes taking an inventory of the necessary materials, tools and equipment and ensuring that they are available in accordance with production schedules. Initiates and supports changeovers and relieves Associates on the line when required. Responsibilities: · Verifies proper work procedures are being followed. · Supplies all materials necessary for production using the Kanban system. · Replaces Associates on the line when required. · Performs changeovers and ensures that workstations have the proper parts, work instructions and supplies necessary to meet daily requirements. · Monitors line activity and production output to ensure that the line is running in accordance to the daily plan.
