It turns out, this requires a lot of talented people, so we’re looking to add a Senior Recruiter to our team to hire exceptional Executive talent to help shape Mercury’s next stage of growth. As an early member on a newly formed recruiting team, you will tackle niche, complex searches by employing strategic and innovative sourcing and networking techniques, staying abreast of talent and market trends across the broader banking, financial services, and fintech industries, and serve as an embedded partner to Mercury’s founders, board, investor talent partners, and current executive-level hiring managers to recruit for Director to C-suite leadership needs across Mercury’s business. - M ercury is a fintech company, not an FDIC-insured bank.
