Business Operations Manager in Training: Position Overview: The Business Operations Manager (BOM) is responsible for leading all aspects of their team of associates and serves as a member of the Senior Management team of the store. The BOM collaborates with other teams including Sales, Service Operations, Merchandising, Logistics, and Customer Experience Centers (CECs) to create an iconic associate and customer experience aligned with CarMax culture.
